What can not be returned
Unfortunately, we have to refuse to return or exchange product in the following cases:
- Products that have been damaged or modified (except for manufacturing defects)
- Products that show evidence of usage
- Individual orders made on request
- Products after 30 days from the date of sale, can not be returned or exchanged
- Products that have changed color or because of being in the pool (contact with chemical substances), or any other external factors.
Terms return or exchange of product
- We accept for the return/exchange products in new and unused condition with the sales receipt.
- After receipt of product for exchange/return, our jewelers will check the condition of product within 2-5 business days.
After checking the condition of product, we do 100% refund or exchange for another product.
You have to know
- Our jeweler inspects all returned products upon receipt.
- Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be credited only to the same card.
- Refunds for purchases made in cash, will be agreed with the client to select a convenient way of money return.
How to return a product
You have to give us a call at 1800-2125-000, inform us about your intentions or use the function "Refund Order" at your account. We will send a courier to your address.
